When you request a tour reservation or custom chauffeur itinerary, we collect contact information (name, phone number, email address) and trip details (dates, vehicle type, guest count, hotel preferences). This data is strictly utilized to curate your travel quote and coordinates.
For safety and logistical reasons, we map your travel route. Driver locations are monitored in real-time. Contact information and security verifications are shared only with relevant local law enforcement, hotel booking systems, and highway toll agencies where required for entry passes (e.g. Gilgit-Baltistan permits).
Travel Foundry By Gous does not sell, rent, or trade client personal files. We may collaborate with trusted 5-star hospitality properties (such as Serena Hotels or Shangrila Resorts) to execute your booking vouchers.
