All chauffeur tours departing from Lahore must be reserved at least 72 hours prior to departure to secure hotel bookings and vehicle maintenance slots. For high-altitude trips to Skardu, a deposit is required to lock in Serena hotel vouchers.
Mountain travel in northern Pakistan is subject to sudden weather blocks, landslides, or route updates (e.g. Babusar Top closure during winter). In such instances, Travel Foundry By Gous reserves the right to amend the routing (e.g. traveling via Besham instead of Babusar) or delay travel until authorities clear the tracks. Safety remains our absolute parameter.
For safety and legal compliance, passengers must carry original CNICs or passports. Luggage limits per vehicle must be respected (our SUV luggage racks accommodate up to 4 large suitcases).
Cancellations made 7 days prior to departure qualify for a full refund of deposit, minus bank transfer charges. Cancellations inside 7 days are subject to partial deductions depending on hotel partner policies.
